Privacy Policy

Only what you give us. When you submit a form on this site we collect your name, your business details, your contact information (email address and, if you provide it, phone number) and the content of your message.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information, payment card numbers, or government identifiers through this website.

To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and deliver the services you ask us for. That's it. We don't add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.

Form submissions are delivered to us by email. A copy of the confirmation is also sent to the email address you provide so you have a record of what you sent. Those emails are handled by our website and email infrastructure providers purely to transmit and store the message.

Orenta does not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the site and our email, and only so they can do that job.

Where standard website analytics are in use, they record aggregate visit information — pages viewed, approximate location, device and referrer. This is used to understand how the site performs. It is not used to build advertising profiles about you.

Inquiries are kept while we're in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards so we have context if you come back to us — generally up to 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement runs plus any period required for tax and legal record-keeping. After that we delete them.

Email support@orenta.co and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We'll action it and confirm in writing, normally within a few days and always within the time required by law. There's no charge.

We handle personal information in line with applicable privacy laws in the regions we operate, including US state privacy laws and the Australian Privacy Principles. Where those laws give you rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of your information, we honour them regardless of where you live.

Access to inquiries and client information is limited to the people at Orenta who need it, over accounts protected by strong authentication. No system is perfect — if something goes wrong that affects you, we'll tell you promptly.
